Plastic Injection Molding Processes
Step1: Put the plastic raw materials (as usual, the granular materials which have been treated by granulation, dyeing, adding additive etc.) into a cylinder and heat plasticize them, make them into a high-viscosity fluids -for the melt. With a plunger or a screw to be a pressurizing tool, and the melt is injected into the cavity of the mold through a nozzle at a relatively high pressure (about 25~80MPa).
Step2: After cooling and solidification, and demould, then comes out a plastic part. From the feeding, plasticizing, injection molding, cooling and solidification till demould, every time, is completed a molding.
